Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Our charges for preparing a single will are £250.00 plus VAT
• Our charges for preparing two mirror wills are £300.00 plus VAT
• Our charges for preparing a severance notice in connection with property are £200.00 plus VAT
• The court fee per documents is £82.00 per document

In respect of lasting powers of attorney our charges are as follows:
• One-time lasting power of attorney £500 plus VAT £600 plus a registration fee £82 Total £682
• Two times lasting power of attorney £750 plus VAT £900 plus £164 registration fee Total £1,064
• Three times LPA £950 plus VAT totalling £1,140+£246 registration fee Total £1,386
• Four times LPA £1000 plus VAT totalling £1200 +£320 registration fee Total £1,528

The registration fee is a fee payable to the office of the Public Guardian for registering each power of attorney.
Home visits are available on request. There is a charge of £60 plus VAT for each home visit.
